To celebrate Father’s Day and the launch of new #GrillMatesxMaxTheMeatGuy seasoning blends, McCormick Grill Mates partnered with Crowd Cow for limited-edition boxes offering craft beef, pasture-raised chicken, pork and sustainable seafood.

Crowd Cow, the largest marketplace of craft meat farms, sent me their BASE Plus Box to enjoy with my "Father".

But since my dad is all the way in London, United Kingdom, I decided to keep things local and surprise my Korean father figure and enjoy a meal with the family.


In our BASE Plus Box, we received (2) Tenderloin Filets (1) St. Louis Spareribs (2) Flat Iron Steaks (2) Wagyu Ground Beef, along with Max’s All Purpose Seasoning (aka BASE seasoning).


To get ready for grilling, we picked and cut-up fresh veggies, while I seasoned the tenderloin and steaks with the base seasoning. It smelled so good and was all we used on those meats.


After everything was ready, we put the meats into a special home grill. After a few minutes the meat was cooked and ready! We wrapped the steaks and veggies into a leaf Korean style and ate. And ate. and ate.

Everyone enjoyed their meals and said how the meat was juicy and so flavorful with the seasoning. They plan on making more meals like this.
